Create Product:
1. Go to E-Commerce > Products in the main navigation menu
2. Click on the Add Product button at the top right of the screen.
3. Enter a Product Name and click Save (i.e. ISCA - Coaching Program (August 2015)).
4. Enter the product information.
5. Click Save
6. Click on the Subscription Plans tab to enter the recurring billing options.
7. Enter the information for the first subscription plan.
a. Bill Every: Enter the frequency and select a time interval (e.g. Every 1 Month).
b. # of Cycles: Use this field to set an end date for the subscriptions (e.g. If this is a one year program, billed once per month, then the # of cycles is 12)
c. Plan Price: By default, subscription plans bill the product price you entered when creating the product. Use this field to override the product default for this particular plan. This is the monthly price charged.
8. Click the Add button
9. Click the Save button.
Edit Campaign:
1. Go to Marketing > Campaign Builder in the main navigation menu.
2. Select “ISCA Coach” campaign.
3. Double click “Purchase ISCA Coach Program” icon.
4. In the drop down menu select the product you just created.
5. Click Save.
6. Double click “Add tags, Add to CH, Send Emails” icon.
7. Double click the tags icon.
8. Remove any previous tags.
9. Create the following tags by typing in the name and clicking “Create”.
a. GROUP: Month Year
i. i.e. GROUP Aug15
b. GROUP: Month Year Emails
i. i.e. GROUP Aug15 Emails
c. ISCA Coach Month Year (need to agree)
i. i.e. ISCA Coach Aug 2015 (need to agree)
10. Click Save.
11. Click Back to Campaign.
12. Click Publish
13. Click Publish
Create A Member Group To Access Customerhub Content:
1. Log into Customerhub
2. Scroll over “Admin” in the main navigation menu and click “Member Groups”.
3. Click “Create Member Group”.
4. Give the member group a name. ISCA Month Year (i.e. ISCA Aug15).
5. Select Use existing tags or subscriptions .
6. Enter Infusionsoft Tags previously created.
7. Click Save.
Set Up Order Form:
1. In Infusionsoft go to E-Commerce > E-Commerce Setup.
2. Click Order Forms.
3. Click the Create New button.
4. Name your order form and click Save. (i.e. ISCA Coaching Program Aug 15)
5. Begin typing the name of the product previously created in the text box and select Sell as a one-time product only from the drop-down.
6. Click the Add Product button.
7. Click the Thank You Page tab.
a. Thank You Page To Display: Web Address
b. URL: http://inspiredspiritcoachingacademy.com/welcome/
8. Click the Settings tab.
a. Select the merchant account to use. (i.e. PayPal)
b. Send an email to info@wildlywealthy.com when an order is placed
9. Click the Links tab
a. Copy the custom URL and save for later use.
10. Click Save.
11. Click « Back to Order Form List
12. Click the Create New button.
13. Name your order form and click Save. (i.e. ISCA Coaching Program Aug 15 Payments)
14. Begin typing the name of the product previously created in the text box and select payment plan from the drop-down.
15. Click the Add Product button.
16. Click the Thank You Page tab.
a. Thank You Page To Display: Web Address

17. Click the Settings tab.
a. Select the merchant account to use. (i.e. PayPal)
b. Send an email to info@wildlywealthy.com when an order is placed
18. Click the Links tab
a. Copy the custom URL and save for later use.
19. Click Save.
Edit Sales Page:
1. Log into http://www.inspiredspiritcoachingacademy.com/wp-login.php
2. Click Pages.
3. Click HOME - LIFE COACH TRAINING
4. Update the Pay in full and Payment Plan buttons with the previously saved URL’s from the order forms created above.
5. Click Update.
