Policy: all files are saved in dropbox, not the wiki
Dropbox works alongside the wiki to store all our external files, including videos.
All business related SOPs should be in this wiki and updated each week as needed.
Staff:
You will be grated access to the main folders that you need. If you require anything additional, email Sandy and ask for permission.

Dropbox backups
Each team member should have access to the Dropbox account and a desktop application to back up work related files that do not belong in the wiki
Even if your computer has a meltdown, your stuff is always safe in Dropbox and can be restored in a snap. In fact, if you're using the Dropbox desktop application, your files are backed up several times. The primary copy on your computer's hard drive is synced online and that copy is then backed up again for safety. If you're using Dropbox to sync files between multiple computers, your files are backed up on those computers as well.
Optional backup of full history
By default, Dropbox saves a history of all deleted and earlier versions of files for 30 days for all Dropbox accounts. If you purchase the Packrat add-on for your account, Dropbox will save your files for as long as you have the feature, so you'll never have to worry about losing a folder or file again.
All files stored online by Dropbox are encrypted and kept in secure storage servers across several data centers.

Downstairs Syncing
Sometimes you might lose the dropbox icon from the bottom right hand side menu.
To bring this up click the start button and at the top you will see the Dropbox application.
Click this and this should start to sync your dropbox files.
