Moving Audios from Acrobat to Amazon
Log into with the back end of WordPress or customer hub
Locate the page that you want to update the audios on & Click that page
Scroll Down until you can see the View page or make live button.
Download both audio and documents
Ensure that the name of the file is correct.
Open the correct Bucket to what product or program you are transferring over
Click Upload and then click Add Files
Once you have selected the documents or audios click Start Upload
Click on the new file and select properties on the right-hand tab.
Open Permissions, and Select Add more Permissions
Select the Guarantee as Everyone & Click the Open/Download click box.
CLICK SAVE
Wait for these files to be uploaded to S3. You will see that this has finished by the transfers tab. It should say DONE
Ensure that you do this for each of your new files
Go back to your Audio Page and delete the old download files.
You will need to upload the graphics for Audios & Handouts. You will find them in Dropbox> WWW Graphics> Icons> MP3 or PDF Icon ****
Go back to Customerhub or Wordpress & Click Add Media
Upload your files by selecting 'Select Files'
Go back to your Audio Page and select the correct image which goes with your file type.
Go back to Amazon S3 and highlight and copy the URL link (you will find this in Properties)
Resize the Graphics so they are similar size as below
Once you have uploaded your images, click the image you wish to upload but clicking 'insert into page'
Click the Insert Edit Link button and paste your URL into the URL box. Make sure that you have also selected Open in a new window.
Select UPDATE
Repeat this step for your other audios on this page
Add the appropriate information from the selection below to the page
Add the Audio Lenght by clicking the URL and seeing how long the audio goes for. We will normally round it up to the nearest min.
Add this text just before the first file To download - right click on audio icon and 'Save As'
To listen now - click on audio icon to begin playing
Once you have finished Select UPDATE to publish your changes

To Record Audio
1. Dial US Phone: U.S. 0011-1-201-283-9143
enter Pin 105-236-209 #3
Press 3 and start talking, the system will then record everything
To access and audios recorded by Audio Acrobat
Log into AudioAcrobat.com
Click on New Audio> Show Audios
If the audio has already been named and in a folder, look for correct folders and click to open
Select the audio you need and click on name
Click on Edit Description, to go Audio Title
Scroll down to Audio File Name – Type in name with no spaces , using underscore
Click Save Changes Now
Then click on Publish For Web and Email
Click on used saved settings>Generate HTML code> Highlight all>Copy - this will give you streaming audio as well as mp3 download
Open website page you want to upload audio to
Put a word that stands out like HERE in capitals a few times as to where you want the audio to go (the idea is to be able to easily see it among the HTML code
Then click SOURCE and it will take you to HTML code, find the words you typed in and past your audio HTML code right next to it.
Click save, it will take you to the normal text. Delete the word you don’t need any more.
