What is the total hours we have each month  /  How many hours uploads can we have

What is the date the hours start again
Monthly limits for the plan reset on the 27th of each month

Does our hours roll over?  If we only use 4 hours do the rest roll into the following month or do we lose them

How many uploads / imports can we have
10-monthly imports for the Pro Plan. If you wish to import more than that, you will have to upgrade to the Business Plan, which has unlimited imports.

How many live audios can we have (not uploads)
If a live recording while on the call, there's no limit to that. Only importing audios has the limit of 20 hours/month.

90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) of talking / conversation
