Two Ways to adding audio to our Webinars....

Record Through PowerPoint
Open PP Presentation you want to record
On the Top Bar select - Slide Show and click Record Slide Show.
Choose option of where you would like to start recording.
To record sound, Make sure that you have both of the options ticked - like below
Record......
To Pause a slide show use the PAUSE option on the side tab.
To Resume recording, press the resume recording button in the pop up tab.
To go through slides, use your arrows on the keyboard.
Once you have finished recording, press Esc. on your keyboard and say YES to keeping the recording.
NOTE: When recording audio, make sure that you have finished talking about that section before moving on to the next slide, as the audio recording will cut between slides and you dont want to be mid sentence.
Making Changes To Your Slide Recording:
Select VIEW in the top menu>Slide Sorter To have the slides viewed like below.
You will see the amount of time recorded on each slide...
If you wish to edit a slides recording
On the Top Bar select - Slide Show and click Record Slide Show.
Choose the option Record From Current Slide
Rerecord the slides audio - and then press Esc.
Select YES to keep the new slide timings...

1. Log into Correct IT account
2. If slides are not uploaded, Click on 'Special Features' in left menu>Slide Decks>Upload New Presentation>Upload file from Computer (watch video here)

3. Schedule Instant Teleseminar call (duplicate existing call from same program, then basic formatting etc. will be correct. You only need to edit slightly - name of call, time etc.)
4. Click on name of teleseminar to open page
5. Click on Control Panel>Slides.
6. Select which presentation you want>Launch Slides in New Window - Webinar on how to use slides in webinar here
7. Open Control Panel and Slides on separate windows
8. Start recording and commence presentation
9. When done, press stop recording then click on End the Event, then choose Yes, when asked if you want to end the event now.
Changing the slides for the webinar
Below is how you can change slides if it happens that the incorrect slide was selected for a webinar:
In Instant Teleseminar, click the call's 'Control Panel'
Go to 'Slides' (it's at the far right-side on the screen)
Click the left-most icon at the bottom of the screen (looks like a bullet-list)
Select the correct slide
