1. Locating New Orders in Infusionsoft
1. ISCA Bonuses & Other Products in Infusionsoft
Login to Infusionsoft – http://qs101.infusionsoft.com
Click on “Ecommerce” then “Reports”.
2. When in reports, choose “All Sales (Itemized) Report”
Select a relevant date range based on the last time the orders were processed:
Infusionsoft is run on US time. If an order is process on a WEDNESDAY in Australia and it is the 15th, the product will show until the 16th.
E.g, assuming we are extracting reports on a Wednesday in Australia
1. Last weeks orders processed on Wednesday 15th April (which would have covered 8th April-14th April inclusive)
2. This week's order on 22nd April would have a date range of 15th April-21st April and so on.
3. This means that if order processing is missed on a scheduled for any reason, the time period will change.
3. This will list all orders within that range, like below (under 6)
These orders are then broken down into the following orders...
New Program Orders/Subscriptions - Update Coaches Spreadsheets
Product Orders - Populate Order Spreadsheet
Fake or unprocessed Orders - Delete & Follow up Orders

3. Populate Order Spreadsheet
Copy over most recent spreadsheet found in Dropbox > 2022 Operations Manual > 2022 Pending & Sent Orders
4. Ensure you correctly name the spreadsheet – i.e. spreadsheet number (eg. last spreadsheet was 100, next is 101), Country – Date – Month - Year. (i.e. 43. US – March 25-14 Welcome Packet for February Group).
5. Ensure you use a SEPARATE spreadsheets for countries as we have 2 fulfillment houses:
Australian fulfillment (WW Office) - Australia, NZ and Asia
US fulfillment (SFS - Speaker Fulfillment Services) - US, Canada, Europe and the rest of the world
Spreadsheets for ISCA bonuses are on their own spreadsheet
Spreadsheets for all other products can be on the same spreadsheet provided they are the same country BUT make sure that you specify what products are included in each of the Orders e.g. Oct Bonuses - Include..... HTTWWF Books x5 + Audio etc.
6. Populate spreadsheet fields based on the template including:
Spreadsheet number (complete)
Sent by (WW Office to complete)
Sent Date (WW Office to complete)
Products (complete - List exactly what is to be Sent for each client)
Group, First Name, Last Name, Street 1, Street 2, City, Zip/PC, Country, Email, Phone Number (Complete)
7. Please try and keep the info for the spreadsheets one page wide. When it goes over 2 pages when printing, it makes it hard to get the info correct. You can set the print area in Excel.
8. Once completed upload to Dropbox > 2022 Operations Manual > 2022 Pending & Sent Orders WW office will then fulfill Australia, NZ and Asian orders, and Sandy will then send US orders to SFS
