S3 - Amazon

Making Files accessible to the Public - You need to change the preferences. 

• 1. Login to S3
     Account ID: 4865-4773-1258

  2. Click on the file you wish to make public

  3. On the Right - click properties 

  4. Under Permissions - Click Add more permissions 

  5. Select the Grantee to Everyone - and select Open/Download

  6. Click Save 

Creating Folders & Buckets

Buckets - This is the main folders (another word for a folder)

1. To create a Bucket login to S3

2. Top left - Click Create Bucket

3. Type File Name and Press Save

Folders - Folders can be created within a folder

Once in a main bucket 

1. Login to S3

2. Click through into a Bucket

3. Top left - Click Create Folder

4. Type File Name and Press Save

Moving Files 

1. To move a file you need to select the files by clicking the 

2. Right click the files and click CUT

3. Go into the file you wish to move the files to

4. Right click and press paste
