Who: VA informs Sandy to refresh connection to social media on Later.com
Why: Reconnecting social media accounts in Later every 30 days to prevent posting interruptions. Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., require periodic reauthorization. If not reconnected, scheduled posts can fail. This quick check keeps everything running smoothly.
When: Every 30 days
Where: https://app.later.com/account/groups/6783033/social_profiles
STEPS:
1. Go to Later.com and log in
2. In Later on the web, go to Settings (on the left-hand side)
3. Go to Social Sets & Access GroupsĀ
4. If Sandy's social media accounts connected to Later.com are not showing any error message (in red) like 'Expired' or 'Enable Permissions', mark the recurring task as complete and check again next month
5. If Sandy's social media accounts connected to Later.com are not showing any error message (in red) like 'Expired' or 'Enable Permissions', find the Access Group with the social profile that needs to be refreshed and click Edit
6. Beside the social profile, click the Refresh button
7. A pop-up will appear
8. Log in with your username and password for that social profile
9. Once connections are refreshed, mark the recurring task as complete and check again next month
