How to Recognize and Handle Fake Orders
On occasion an order will come through from a fake or fraudulent account.
Here’s a sample of what it looks like:
Reach out to the email on file from FuseDesk to confirm the order is fake
If you don't hear back within 48 hours, delete the order from Infusionsoft
Remove any tags on the contact record so we’re not sending emails to the account.
