It is Saturday 3PM in Tokyo. The streets are crowded with weekend shoppers. Nobu should have performed Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 2 in the Orchard Hall with Ashkenazy and the OEK. アシュケナージ氏、オーケストラ、辻井さんの演奏の息はぴったり合っていました！

オケの音の美しさ確かさ、辻井さんのピアノの透明でキラキラした綺麗な音、

巨匠アシュケナージの魂のこもった指揮と演奏後のフレンドリーで温かな雰囲気、

そのどれもが素晴らしく最高の演奏会でした。

辻井さんは日本だけでなく海外でも数多くの演奏活動をされ、その演奏にはますます磨きがかかっています♪

綺麗なだけではない力強さや、演奏に対する自信のようなものも今回は強く感じました。

アンコールに２度も応えて弾いてくれたのは、

ショパンのノクターン第20番「遺作」とエチュード ハ短調作品10-12「革命」。

心に沁みるピアノソロまで聴けて嬉しかったです♪

同じピアノなのに、弾く人によってこんなに音が違うなんて！！

... Clean sound with sparkling clear piano of Tsujii enhanced that the beauty of the sound of the orchestra.

Soulful conductor Ashkenazy generates a warm and friendly atmosphere.

It was a wonderful concert, one of the best.

Mr. Tsujii is playing numerous activities abroad as well as in Japan; he is getting more and more polished.

I felt strongly that this time his playing was not only beautiful and strong, but there is also a kind of self-confidence in his playing.

Two works were played for encores.  Chopin's Nocturne No. 20 of Chopin "posthumous work" and  Etude in C minor, Op. 10-12 "revolution".

I was glad to listen to the piano solo,  It tugs at my heart

Though it was the same piano, the sound is so different!!

Yuko and Shinro, whom I met in London in 2012 at the Nobu-Ashkenazy-Philharmonia concerts, were also at the Friday September 20 concert.  Shinro wrote:

Yes, I sincerely agree with you.    Although it is so nice facility in terms of "design", but its sound quality is not so nice.

However, both Yuko and I much enjoyed Tsujii-san's performance.

I was personally so surprised by absolute progress of his "expression".

Of course, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa itself is so sophisticated one, but this time, Tsujii-san leads the way far, so far, ahead.

I am recalling a concert about two years ago, when tsujii-san played Mozart's #21 piano concerto with the orchestra at Opera City Tokyo.  At that time, I did not feel any strange feeling, but felt nice ensemble of the orchestra with piano.   However, this time, Tsujii-san's performance shook my soul, and the orchestra just follow his performance.

辻井伸行さん＆ウラディミール・アシュケナージ

辻井伸行さんとアシュケナージの夢の共演のコンサートに行ってきました。

私が勝手に故郷と思っている金沢のオケなので感慨深く。

... ２．ショパン：ピアノ協奏曲第２番

いよいよ辻井さん登場。

アシュケナージが優しくエスコート。おじいちゃんとお孫さんみたいです。

ピアノのワンフレーズが始まった途端にあまりの音の美しさに涙がつつ～っとweep

名ピアニストのクライバーンが辻井さんの演奏と「神が宿っている」と褒めたたえていましたが、もう本当に神様が降りてきているみたいな、今まで聴いたことのないような美しい音です。

もちろんアシュケナージの指揮も素晴らしくてオーケストラアンサンブル金沢が一生懸命寄り添っています。

ここで、辻井さんのアンコール。

３．ショパン：ノクターン「遺作」

ここでまた泣かされてしまいました。

あまりの美しさにとろけてしまいそうです。

最後の音の余韻をも創り上げる素晴らしい演奏でした。

４．ショパン：革命のエチュード

一転してエネルギー溢れる演奏。それでも一音一音がキレイに響きます。

もうブラボーって何回も叫びたくなりました。

本当に素晴らしいものを聴かせていただきました。

辻井さんのCDをiPodで聴いていると、その特別な美しさがわかるのですが、

生はもっとすごかった・・・・・・・・shine

神様が本当に宿っていますね。

アシュケナージはとてもお茶目なおじさまでした。

欲を言えば、アシュケナージのピアノも聴きたいのだけど、もう息子さんとのデュオ以外弾かないのかしら。

... 2. Chopin  Piano Concerto No. 2: Chopin

Tsujii finally appeared.

Ashkenazy is the  gentle escort. It is like grandpa and grandchild.

More tears flew with the beauty of the sound, as soon as one phrase of the piano began.

Mr. Cliburn praised the playing or Mr. Tsujii as  "God dwells" , but it really seemsed like God descended.  It was a beautiful sound like I had never heard until now.

Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa was comfortable under the direction of Ashkenazi, also wonderful.

Bravo shine Here, encore Tsujii.

3. Chopin: Nocturne "posthumous work"

I cried here also.  I seemed to have gotten melted by the extreme beauty.

It was a great performance that created a lingering last note.

4. Etude of Revolution: Chopin

Performance full of energy and in reversal. Still one sound one sound is  clean sound.

I now want to cry many times' Bravo again.

I was allowed to listen to something really great.

Listening to him on   iPod or CD of Tsujii,I appreciate its special beauty,

Live · · · · · · · · it shines even more amazingly.

It is really where God dwells.

Ashkenazi was a very mischievous uncle.

I want to hear his  piano , but I heard that he only plays duo with a son.

とても良席がGET出来たので、ばあ様

辻井さん・・・繊細で優しい音色です。オーラあります。指は特に長くないのですが、美しく柔らかなお手手でございました。

前から数列のセンターだったので、ダイレクトで音を楽しめました～[揺れるハート]

満席の会場の期待感は、半端じゃなかったな～。

演奏後の辻井さんのお手手・・・かすかに震えていたような・・・

指揮者のアシュケナージ氏は、ちっちゃいおじさんでした、ハハハ

そして、ばあ様・・・後半の田園では爆睡[眠い(睡眠)][眠い(睡眠)][ぴかぴか（新しい）]・・・少しは脳の血流が良くなってると良いんだけどね

Tsujii's is a gentle tone... delicate.

There was an aura.

Fingers are not particularly long, but he has a beautiful soft touch.

I was at front center , and was able to enjoy the sound directly.

As expected, the venue was fully booked - it would have been odd otherwise.

After his performance, Mr. Tsujii fluttered his hands slightly.

Mr. Ashkenazy conductor was a little bit of an uncle,

神さまからの贈り物・美しいメロディ

2日間に渡り・ｵｰﾁｬｰﾄﾞﾎｰﾙでは、ﾋﾟｱﾆｽﾄ・辻井伸行さんの演奏会が行われています。私が、辻井さんの演奏を聴くのは初めて。世界的に有名な指揮者アシュケナージ氏の指揮のもとオーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢は、設立25周年記念企画として出演しています。

辻井さんは、ベートヴェンから始まりグリーグのピアノ協奏曲イ短調を演奏。ピアノの前に座りオーケストラの音を聞きながら演奏は始まる。この澄んだ音色は、なんでしょう！「ﾋﾟｭｱｰで清々しい」の言葉が合う。クライマックスに至ると“音が鳴る鳴る・指が回る回る”躍動感は素晴らしい。3階席に居たので全体が上から見えて良く解る。演奏が終わり、お辞儀をするﾎﾟｰｽﾞは少しハニカミ普通の辻井君に戻り可愛いい。3度もアンコールに応えて大ｻｰﾋﾞｽです。

金沢交響楽団は、昭和47年に結成されたアマチュアのオーケストラです。現在の団員数は約50名で、家庭的な雰囲気を持ちながらも、質の高い音楽を追求するオーケストラです。金沢市は街中で応援しているオーケストラで年間会員券制度で常連さんにお席の優先があると聞いています。私はクラシックに詳しくない。しかし良い演奏を聴くのは心地よく“良いものは良いです。 永久名誉音楽監督 であった今は亡き岩城宏之氏は、金沢をこよなく愛しこの楽団の音楽監督の指導をされたそうです。現在音楽監督は、意向を受け継いだ・井上道義氏が就任・現在に至っているという幸せな金沢オーケストラです。

Melody and beautiful gift from God,

In the Orchard Hall  two days ago, concert of pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii took place. I waslistening to music of Tsujii for the first time. Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa under the direction of world famous conductor Mr. Ashkenazi, has appeared as a 25th anniversary.

After a Beethoven overture,  Tsujii played the Piano Concerto in A minor of Grieg start. He sat down at the piano and listened  to the sound of the orchestra .  What clear tone!  "refreshing and pure" indded. "Turn around and the finger-ring ring sound" reaches the climax of the dynamism is great. I was able to see the whole picture because I  was in a third floor seat.   At the end of playing, a good cute bow and Tsujii returned to the stage, seemingly a little shy.  It was a lrage service in response that he played 3 encores <actually, only 2>

pose playing end, a bow is good cute to return to Tsujii you usually shy of a little. It is a large service in response to Angkor three times.

のアンコールを弾いてくれました。

皆さんが人柄を表すかのような素直で澄んだ音色と評されるまま、ホントに美しくて、ずーっと聴いていたかったなぁ…

I went to the concert held at the Bunkamura Orchard Hall on September 20 (Friday), Nobuyuki Tsujii × × Vladimir Ashkenazy and Kanazawa ensemble orchestra (OEK).  It was the first time that I listened to Mr. Tsujii live.  I heard that it is really enjoyable... After the 2nd song, Mr. Tsujii played solo for encore. Grieg: Preface to spring;  Sibelius: fir tree.

The clear tone of his encore seems to represent his personality, truly beautiful.  I want to listen to him all the time ...

今日は昨日と違って真ん前なので、アシュケナージを触れそうです。

間近で見るアシュケナージは、やっぱりニコニコしていて、楽しそうでした。

メンデルスゾーンが終わると、昨日と同じようにピアノが舞台の真ん中に置かれます。

ってか、ものすごいピアノが近い。本当に触れそう。

そしてスタインウェイ。昨日もそうだったのかな？

またアシュケナージの案内で、いよいよ辻井氏が舞台に登場です。

ってか、辻井氏がめちゃめちゃ近い。マジで。

触っちゃうぞ？

というわけで、ショパンのピアノ協奏曲が始まりました。

最初の数分は、あれ？ ちょっと音がかたいかって…………いやいや、とはいっても、もう本当に、ほんのちょっとなんですけど、ちょこっとかたいかなって思ったんですけれど、その数分をすぎると、神の音に！

もう、本当にね。

「こんなきれいな音を間近で聴いちゃって、お客さんみんなショック死しちゃってんじゃないの？」と、周りを見回しそうになったくらいですよ。

ってか、私自身が、ショック死しそうで、曲が終わるまでよく生きてたなってくらい。

素敵な音過ぎて、危険なほどでした。

辻井氏のきれいな音は、背骨に来ることがよくあるんだけど、今日は腰回りに来た感じ。

音が、腰を抱きしめてくれてるような感じでした。

ってか、音が艶っぽいよね。

アンコールは二曲ともショパンで、ノクターンの20番「遺作」と、「革命」でした。

ノクターンはたしか、河口湖でもやってたけれど、どっちがいいとも言いがたい、どっちも最高という感じでした。

河口湖の時の方が、ちょっとふわっとした感じが多めだったかな？

辻井氏の「革命」は、何度聴いても飽きないです。

先月のコンポーザーピアニストフェスティバルのときの「革命」が、今までで最高だと屋持っていたのだけれど、それを超えそうなくらい素敵でした。

前回の方がきれい成分が多くて、今回の方が芯が通って情熱的、みたいな感じ。

どっちの感じも、よいですよねえ。

休憩のときにウロウロしていたら、

「すごくよかった！」

「ゾクゾクきた！ ゾクゾク！」

「大阪まで追いかけていきたい！」（どうして大阪？）

とか言っている人たちがいました。

昨日よりよかったのかな？

そんな気もするかも。

休憩の後はまたオーケストラだけに戻って、ベートーヴェンの交響曲７番で、よく知られてる曲かもしれないですが、ものすごくよかったです。

アシュケナージのピアノって、なんか細かい音がすごくきれいで、一方で太い音は太くてそのメリハリが好きなんだけど、交響曲もそんな感じでした。

震えそうによかったです。

ってことは、辻井氏が指揮した場合も、辻井ワールド炸裂の交響曲になるのかなあ。

指揮もやってほしいです。

弾き振りとかもいいですよねえ。

アンコールはラフマニノフの「ヴォカリーズ」。

初めて聴きました。なんかとてもきれいな感じ。

アシュケナージとの、ロシアつながりかな？

次に行かれる辻井氏のコンサートは、ショパン＆リストのツアーで、11月です。

また楽しみです。

アシュケナージも、また来日するみたい。

聴きに行きたいな。

And after listening to Nobuyuki Tsujii and Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa at the Orchard Hall yesterday, not quite 17 hours had passed, I pushed the limit of happiness, and sat in the audience once again..

Tracks performed were:.

Mendelssohn: "Hebrides" Overture op.26

Chopin Piano ConcertoNo. 2 in F minor, op.21

Beethoven: Symphony No. 7 in A major op.92

Unlike yesterday, today I was seated right in front, I could touch Ashkenazi.

Got a close look and saw that he was  smiling after all; Ashkenazi was fun.

The Mendelssohn over, the piano was placed in the middle of the stage in the same way as yesterday.

Tteka, tremendous piano close. It seems to really touch.

And Steinway. I wonder if it was so yesterday?

Finally, Mr. Tsujii was guilded on stage by Ashkenazi.  Seriously, I could have touched Mr. Tsujii!

So the Chopin piano concerto began.

The first few minutes seemed tentative, and I wondered ... but that after a few minutes, the sound of God!

Really.

Thought I: if I listen up close to such a beautiful sound, is everyone in the audience in awe.  I looked around and it was so.  The sound was unbelievably nice.

The beautiful sound of Mr. Tsujii, I often feel it in the spine, but today I feel that ut came around in the waist.

I felt the sound hugging the waist, the sound is like luster.

Encores are two Chopin songs, No. 20 Nocturne and "revolution".

The nocture I heard in the Lake Kawaguchi concer.  But it is hard to say which performance is the better.

I felt it better at Kawaguchiko, I wonder if if was a little too soft?

Mr. Tsujii's "revolution" I never get tired of no matter how many times I listen.

At the time of the Pianist festival last month, he also played "revolution", I thought it wa sthe best ever, but today it was so wonderful and might have topped it.

...

Hanging around the lobby at during intermission, I heard:

"It was really good!"

"Thrilling.  I was thrilled!"

"I want to follow up to Osaka!" (Why Osaka?)

I wonder if it was better than yesterday?

I feel like that may also be the case.

...

Next up in November, Mr. Tsujii is giving a Chopin & Liszt concert tour. 

I think if Ashkenazi comes to Japan again, I want to go listen.

アシュケナージ＆OEK、ブロムシュテット＆N響

●20日はアシュケナージ指揮オーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢（OEK）東京公演へ（オーチャードホール）。辻井伸行独奏でグリーグのピアノ協奏曲、ベートーヴェンの交響曲第6番「田園」他。久々に対向配置ではないOEKを聴いたかも。このホールに室内オケは辛いかなと思いきや、オケは明快によく鳴っていた。くっきりと鮮やかなグリーグとベートーヴェン。

●珍しいことに楽章間に拍手が起きた。グリーグのピアノ協奏曲の第1楽章の後に出たときは、辻井伸行渾身のソロに対して思わず出てしまったのか微妙なところだったが、「田園」の第1楽章の後、さらに第2楽章の後にも律儀に拍手が起きた。ぜんぜん悪いことではないはず。作曲当時の聴衆もそのように拍手していたことだろう。そして、このときほどグリーグやベートーヴェンが後半の楽章をつなげて書いていることに納得できたことはない。作曲家はきちんと客席をコントロールしている。

● On the 20th Ashkenazy Conductorand  Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa (OEK) Tokyo show (Orchard Hall).  Nobuyuki Tsujii was soloist in  Grieg Piano Concerto, Symphony of Beethoven "Pastoral" and others. M I listened to OEK not fighting with each other for the first time in many years. In this hall, the orchestra had better clarity. Beethoven and Grieg was crisp and vivid.

●Applause occurred between movements was unusual. When it comes to after the first movement of the Piano Concerto Grieg, I assumed that it was for Nobuyuki Tsujii.  But it happed again after the first movement of the "Pastoral" and evenafter the second movement. Perhaps it is not a bad thing at all.  The audience did the same at the time of the composer was also applause like that...

曲が終わると、舞台の下手にあったグランドピアノが中央に運ばれてきました。

いよいよです。

辻井氏を、アシュケナージが、舞台の袖からピアノのそばまで案内してきました。

アシュケナージは、優しいおじいちゃんって感じで、一生懸命辻井氏を案内してるのが、ちょっとカワイイ。

グリーグのピアノ協奏曲なんだけど、辻井氏のピアノが始まった時、「あれ、これ何の音だろう」と思ってしまいました。

もう、ピアノとは思えないくらいきれいな音。

オーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢の音はすごくきれいで、気持ちのいい感じなんだけど、辻井氏のピアノが始まると、辻井ワールドが広がっていくんだよなあ。

After the first piece was over, the grand piano that was in a corner of the stage was brought to the center.

Finally, Ashkenazy appeared in the wings with Mr. Tsujii and guided him  to the side of the piano.

Guiding Mr. Tsujii. Ashkenazi looked like a friendly grandpa.  He is a little cute.

The Grieg Piano Concerto, when the piano of Mr. Tsujii began, I thought, "Oh, what would this sound like?"  It was another unusually clean sound in piano.   It felt similar to the glittery feeling when he played at the Pianist Festival before this.

I wonder if it is the same Steinway piano?

Be that as it may.  Oh My God, again the piano brought out a strange sound such as the universe had come out.

The sound of the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa is very beautiful, and it gives a good feeling.

Yet once Mr. Ysujii's piano began, the world seemed to expand.  His world is, characteristically, a basis to conquer

Nobuyuki Tsujii  × Ashkenazi performance in Shibuya has ended. Encores of Mr. Tsujii were 2 works by Chopin.  Nocturne no. 20 broke my lacrimal gland.  Sense of accumulated fatigue disappeared in the beautiful and sparkling tone, even melted. It was good to listen to great music.  -tweet

The concert started at 7PM.  Doors at the Bunkamura Orchard Hall opened at 6:15PM, when I arrived.  There was already a long line of people being led in.  The hall is deep and narrow, making the best use of a tight floor space in a city known for its pricey real estate.  I am no expert in acoustics, and it perhaps has more  to do with where I sat (first floor, on the far side by a wall), but to my ears the sound quality seems not the best I have heard.  Also, the stage is very narrow, so narrow that the piano was placed on the edge of the stage for Nobu's performance.  More on this later.

Shortly after 7PM, Maestro Ashkenazy bounced on stage, and, with the orchestra, started the concert with Beethoven, The Creatures of Prometheus, Op.43: Overture.  That over, Ashkenazy wasted no time to bring out Nobu, to thunderous applause.  Because the piano was placed on the edge of the stage (which raised concern from me immediately), Nobu was not led to the usual place by the piano, but only to the bench, and he had to feel his way around before sitting down.

This was the first performance of the Grieg's concerto on this tour.  I felt -- and a twitter also expressed the same -- the first movement was somewhat forced and laborious, although the piano of Nobu rose above it all.  The famous cadenza rang brightly in the hall -- almost too brightly at some points. 

My seat afforded me a good view of Nobu's hand movements.   The Grieg concerto is not considered one of the most difficult for pianists, but looking at Nobu's fingers flying and hands dancing on the keyboard, I think otherwise.   By the third movement, the orchestra seemed to have settled down nicely with Nobu, and the finale was played with flourish.  Throughout, Ashkenazy turned around to look at Nobu at crucial points.  Being an eminent pianist, he knew just what to look for before turning back to face the orchestra. 

At the end, a roar came up from the audience.  This being in Japan, that was as demonstrative as it gets here at classical music concerts.  I am reduced to saying things that so many have said in Japanese: I was shaking, my heart had been rinsed, and the applause of the audience would not stop.  Nobu was brought out by Ashkenazy time and time again.  Ashkenazy moved quickly to the side of the stage as Nobu started his first encore, drawing laughter from the audience. 

Nobu was allowed to play two encores: Grieg's To Spring, and Sibelius' "Fir Tree" , rounding out a Nordic repertoire. 

The audience roared its approval and gave Nobu enthusiastic applause.  In the end, Nobu stood on stage, clapping along with the audience and fluttered his fingers to wave goodbye, a broad smile on his face.  By the way, Nobu looked trim and fit!

This was the tour's first performance of the Grieg.  I will have the opportunity of listening to Nobu play the Grieg concerto again with this orchestra on the 29th in Sasebo, Nagasaki, at the very end of the tour.  It will be interesting to see how they perform this work by then.

I had the pleasure of meeting a few Japanese Nobu fans with whom I had exchanged emails.  They were most gracious.

It was great to experience the enthusiastic support that Nobu enjoys in his home town.

９/１７に石川県立音楽堂で開催された、ピアニストの辻井伸行さんの演奏会に行って来ました。

今回は指揮がウラディーミル・アシュケナージ、オーケストラは地元が誇るオーケストラアンサンブル金沢（OEK）という豪華なメンバーによる演奏会。 http://www.barks.jp/news/?id=1000094588&page=2

辻井さんは１年に１、２度金沢で演奏される機会がありますが、私は今まで縁がなく、初めて生の演奏を聞く機会を得ることが出来ました。

初めて聴く辻井さんのショパンは、清らかで神々しく、とても美しかった！

まるでここ２，３日の雲一つない青空を見つめているかのような心地。

清らかな魂に清らかな音が宿るのでしょうね。

なんとも、幸せな時間でした。

ご存知のように、辻井さんは小さい頃から目が不自由な方なのですが、ピアノの才能が開花し今や世界中で活躍する若手ピアニストです。

その才能がさらに磨かれ、今後も益々のご活躍を期待せずにはおられません。

今回は１曲だけの演奏でしたが、アンコールに答えてノクターンを弾いてくれました。

もっと彼の演奏を聴いていたかった・・・

アシュケナージさんに手を引かれて、ピアノに向かう辻井さんが可愛かったです！

はにかんだような笑顔と深々としたお辞儀に彼の人柄の良さを感じました。

来年の２月にも彼が出演する演奏会が金沢であるそうなので、もし行けたら絶対聴きにいきます。

I went to the concert of pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii, held in Ishikawa Prefectural Music Hall on 9/17,

Conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy with members of the gorgeousOrchestra Ensemble Kanazawa (OEK) that the local is proud of.

Mr. Tsujii plays in Kanazawa once or twice a year Tsujii, but I could not get ticket until now. I was able to get the opportunity to hear the performance live for the first time.

The Chopin by Tsujii I was listening to for the first time, divine, was very beautiful and clean!

Feeling as if looking at the cloudless sky of the past few days.

Pure sound that I guess dwells in the pure soul.

Anyway, it was a happy time.

As you know, Tsujii is vision impaired from a young age, but he is a young pianist playing an active part in the world of piano, his talent is now blossoming.

His talent will be polished further, and I hope he will enjoy more and more success in the future.

For encore he played only one song, but it was a Nocturne.

I wanted to listening to him play more ...

Tsujii that drawn a hand to Mr. Ashkenazy, toward the piano was pretty!

I felt the goodness of his personality as he bowed deeply and smiled shyly.

It seems that he will also appear in a concert in February of next year in Kanazawa, I'm going to listen absolutely if I could.

I went over to the concert hall.  No sign of tonight's performance except for an entry on this sign posted next to an elevator in the Bunkamura Hall.  I guess there is no need to promote a concert that was sold out instantly.

I found Nobu's new CD Nobuyuki Tsujii plays Debussy in a Tsutaya store not far from the mammoth Shibuya station and purchased my own copy.

I picked up a brochure from the OIOI department store and it turns out to have none other than figure skater Ms. Mao Asada on its cover and also inside.  Ms. Asada is -- well, Nobu publicly proclaimed her his ideal female type.

●September 20 Yesterday evening I checked out the location of the オーチャードホールBunkamura Orchard Hall (seats 2,150) in Shibuya, Tokyo.  The exterior of the hall is frankly not overwhelmingly impressive, connected as it is to a shopping mall.  But I look forward to be in my seat this evening when the concert starts at  19:00.  Nobu will perform Grieg's Concerto with the OEK and Maestro Ashkenazy.

台風も通り過ぎ，今日は全国的に見事な秋晴れになりました。その中で金沢では，OEKの新シーズン開幕の定期公演が行われました。指揮はウラディミール・アシュケナージさん，ピアノ独奏は辻井伸行さんということで，会場は満席でした。 ...

人 気ピアニスト辻井伸行さんと共演したショパンのピアノ協奏曲第２番については，辻井さんの音の美しさと指の動きの軽やかさが印象的でした。特にノクターン を思わせる２楽章の美しさと，最終楽章のホルンの信号の後の軽快さが良かったと思います。ただし，全体的に音楽の流れにドラマティックな雰囲気が少なく， ややインパクトが弱いと感じました。辻井さんはOEKと同じ25歳ということで，今後の人生経験とともに音楽の方もさらに成熟していって欲しいと思いま す。

演奏会の最後には，アンコールでラフマニノフのヴォカリーズが演奏されました。今回のツァーでもアンコールで演奏されると思いますが，「さすがアシュケ ナージさんはラフマニノフのスペシャリストだな」という演奏でした。あっさりした演奏かと思ったら，どんどん思いがこもってきて，情感が溢れ出すようでし た。...

Typhoon passed, and it became a fine stunning autumn day  nationwide today. In Kanazawa, regular performance of the new season of OEK was held. In command was Vladimir Ashkenazy's, with piano soloist Mr. Nobuyuki Tsujii; the venue was full to capacity ...

... Chopin Piano Concerto No. 2 was played with popular pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii.  The lightness touch and beauty of the sound of Mr. Tsujii was impressive. I think the beauty of the second movement is reminiscent of the Nocturne in particular; and the lightness after the horn signal of the final movement was comforting. However, I felt as a whole the dramatic atmosphere in the flow of the music was lacking, the impact is a little weak. I think the 25-year-old, same age as the OEK, will continue to mature in the future as Mr. Tsujii gains life experience.

At the end of the concert, Rachmaninov's Vocalise was played as encore. I think it would be played as encore in this tour, in honor of "Mr. Ashkenazi's the ultimate specialist of Rachmaninoff". I think he was playing it open-heartedly, more and more lovingly, with emotion seemingly overflowing... <See here for a description of Rachmaninov's Vocalise>

There was a press conference before the start of the tour of the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa with global pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii.  At the event, Tsujii shows a strong willingness to "want to impress even a small audience". Nobuyuki Tsujii has earned a high reputation in the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in the United States, winning for the first time as a Japanese. In addition, the track he performs showcases Chopin's  Piano Concerto No. 2" , fusion of the sound of the orchestra with the appealing piano of Mr.Tsujii.  At the pre-performance press conference , Tsujii was keen for the success of the performance.  "I want to make music that can impress the audience, and bring even a little fun. Really". Performances of the orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa and Mr. Tsujii opens at the prefectural music hall of Kanazawa from 7:00 pm on the 17th.

オーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢（ＯＥＫ）は十七日、金沢市の県立音楽堂を皮切りに、指揮のウラディーミル・アシュケナージさん（７６）、ピアノの辻井伸行さん（２５）とともに、設立二十五周年記念の全国ツアーをスタートする。十六日はリハーサルが行われた。

アシュケナージさんは旧ソ連出身の世界的ピアニストで、ＮＨＫ交響楽団の音楽監督も務めるなど、近年は指揮者として活躍。辻井さんは二〇〇九年に米国バ ン・クライバーン国際ピアノ・コンクールで優勝後、各地のオーケストラと共演を重ねる。ＯＥＫと二人の共演は一〇年以来。今回は金沢を含め名古屋、東京、 大阪、九州各地などで計十一公演を予定する。

アシュケナージさんは「優秀な室内オケはどこにでもあるわけではなく地域の支えが重要。その手伝いをできるのはうれしい」、辻井さんは「雲の上のような存在だった人とツアーできるのは幸せ。一回一回の演奏を大事にしたい」と話した。

金沢ではショパンのピアノ協奏曲第二番を演奏。ほかメンデルスゾーンの序曲「フィンガルの洞窟」、シューマンの交響曲第二番を予定する。開演は午後七時。前売りは完売で、当日午後五時半から補助席券を若干数販売する。 （松岡等）

11 performances across the country starting in Kanazawa

On the 17th, starting with the prefectural Concert Hall in Kanazawa, Vladimir Ashkenazy's conductor (76), Nobuyuki Tsujii's piano with (25), Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa (OEK) nationwide of twenty-five anniversary of founding I will start the tour. A rehearsal took place on the 16th.

A global pianist of former Soviet Union, who also served as music director of the NHK Symphony Orchestra, Mr. Ashkenazy (76)  worked as a conductor in recent years. After winning the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in 2009 in the United States , Mr. Tsujii (25)  has performed with orchestras around the country. He has performed with the OEK since age 10. A total of eleven performances are schedued in Nagoya, Tokyo, Osaka, etc., including Kanazawa this time.

A happy Mr. Tsujii said, "It is important to support the region's excellent chamber orchestra everywhere."  I am glad to be of help."   And to be able to tour with Maestro Ashkenazy is "above the clouds".  But he wants to take care of the performance one at a time.

On the Kanazawa program is  Chopin's second Piano Concerto Chopin, Hebrides" Overture of Mendelssohn, the second symphony of Schumann . Curtain at seven pm. Advance tickets are sold out, but a few slightly auxiliary seat tickets will be available from half past five pm that day. (Matsuoka, etc.)
