horror writing contest

Arthur Weasley taught us that curiosity is a good thing.

Romance… too sappy.

Action… too wild.

Fantasy… too extravagant.

Horror? Just perfect!

Term 4 just started and it’s time we all get a wake up call... and we know the perfect way to do it. Everyone needs the perfect scare, and what better way to offer that than writing a short spooky story. As always the story must have a beginning, middle and end. For a spark of fun, the setting must be placed, right here at Nagle College. Originality is key, we specifically want to know that you composed your own spooky story. Please keep your narrative approximately 500 words or under. A $20 voucher (of your choice) awaits the winner!

All submissions must be entered by the Library’s flowery box from 24 to the 31st of October 3pm. Or email your entry to: egutierrez@parra.catholic.edu.au. We eagerly await to know what you think goes ‘thump’ in the night. (・Θ・)
