It is important that staff are able to communicate quickly and effectively with each other.
If doing sales/ client management zoom/ MS teams/ webex calls, here are some suggestions:
Check internet speed/ connection
Use
Lighting
make sure you have lighting on your face and rest of room is darker (no back light)
Sound
use dedicated USB mic for improved quality
Camera
Use external camera with aperture control
Cas using Canon 5d iii (Canon Webcam Utility)/ or HDMI Video Card
Seating/ setup
Set camera at eye level height
make sure screen with people you are speaking to are as close to the lense as possible (so you don't keep looking down)
‼️NOTE: Make sure you only have one video call application running or you will get an error message and camera will not record
See ➡️ ➡️ ➡️ there is an up and down for the USB 2.0 dongle
in order to prevent this, use magic lantern software
get another camera (like Sony with continuous power/ runtime)
OR*** press start/ stop button on back of camera @ any time before 30mins**** this seems to reset it
use OBS (multiple feeds into output ie: floating window of JC speaking over slide)

Magic lantern to shoot longer than 30mins
