In each of our 3 main social media accounts, check the message section for any new messages:
Either: 1) respond to DMs or 2) notify James to respond to PM if the message is directly addressed to James
A direct message — DM — is a one-on-one conversation with another user hosted on a social media platform. Most of the places you spend your time online — like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and so on — offer some form of DM communication
If we receive a message it is critical that we respond the the person within 24hrs with a reply/ answer etc
Comments are in the thread of a post.
If a follower in our tribe has made the effort to make a comment, we should ALWAYS write a reply to their comment
interaction is key!
