A daily department huddle is a short, focused meeting. The purpose of this huddle is to facilitate communication with James and the different departments.
This huddle serves as a mechanism to foster collaboration, alignment, and information sharing. This also helps James stay informed, address challenges, and ensure that MAG operates smoothly and efficiently.
