In James gmail account, a filter has been created to send all emails with the word "unsubscribe" to a label called "filtered".
This filter keeps the inbox clear from EDMs and newsletters (as all of these must have a "unsubscribe" option).
The filter works incredibly well, however every now and then an email gets captured by this filter that needs action.
It is important that the VA checks the filtered label each day and pulls out emails that either need action, or would be of interest to James.

Step 1: Go to James' inbox

Step 3: Check the emails and identify which emails might be useful/ of interest to James

Looking for emails that:
would be of interest to James
were addressed personally to James, but caught up by the filter
Step 4: Move and assign emails to their corresponding labels

If there is an email that would be of interest to James, move it to the @james to action label
