Once you have removed the cameras from applications, if they still remain, it maybe the cameras did not uninstall successfully. If you are using mac, can you please please check below file path to see if the cameras are there:
/Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL

Open the Zoom desktop application then join the meeting using one of these methods:
I) Click Join a Meeting if you want to join without signing in.
II) Sign in to Zoom then click Join.
