Content Creation
Grab the top 26 keywords and using your videos and other content write 1 blog each fortnight (done in bulk). It would cost around $150/article, but if we produced all those articles and optimized them on your site over the next 12 months we could take your site (currently getting less than 100 visitors a month) up over a few thousand a month I would expect. If we can own the Keynote market on SEO I think that would be epic.
Budget: $1,200 /year to upgrade you to Concierge + $3,900 approx. to write the articles
Process is organic and on-page SEO.
Here is an outline of the work the team will look at over the first year as organic search is a slower, buildable process - no instant results I'm afraid. We suggest to take a minimum of 6 - 12 months for good natural traffic to build.
1st month - Website Audit
A website audit is an examination of page performance prior to large-scale search engine optimization (SEO) or a website redesign. Auditing your website can determine whether or not it's optimized to achieve your traffic goals, and if not, how you can improve it to increase performance.
2nd Month - On-Page SEO
On-page SEO (also known as “on-site SEO”) is the practice of optimizing web page content for search engines and users. Common on-page SEO practices include optimizing title tags, content, internal links, and URLs.
3rd Month - Technical SEO
Technical SEO is a subcategory of SEO that involves optimizing the infrastructure of your website so it can be easily crawled and indexed by search engines. It deals with the technical components of your website — such as the sitemaps, page speed, URL structure, schema, site navigation, and more.
4th Month - Citation
In simple SEO terms, a local citation refers to any mention of your company online. This could be in a business directory, on an industry-specific site, a blog, or any other local website. Although local citations can help you rank in local search results
5th Month - Website Audit and PR Submission
Press release submission refers to writing about new events, products or services of the company and submitting it to PR sites. It is an off-page SEO strategy to help popularize your events, products, or services on the web to improve the SEO of your site.
6th Month - Checking Website Speed and Technical SEO
7th to 12 Month - Profile Link Building and Image Submission or Off-page SEO*
*Off-page SEO refers to anything done outside of your website with the potential to affect search engine rankings. Optimizing your site for off-page SEO means you'll have to improve the way that both users and search engines see your site in terms of credibility, authority, popularity, and relevance.

Strategies we spoke about yesterday:
LinkedIn Outreach (Get your WrkPod sales VA on this - watch Jeff Yang strategy blueprint)
Google Adwords (I'm going to intro you to Matt Isaac to set those up)

SEO
For SEO:
I showed you an example of Sydney Pelvic Clinic which has from 940 to 15,000K traffic in 18 months.
To achieve this we just need regular content.
I suggest we create a list of keywords to target (26 for 1 blog each fortnight), then we get all the video content you already have and get a writer to help us create a piece of content for each keyword. It would cost around $150/article, but if we produced all those articles and optimized them on your site over the next 12 months we could take your site (currently getting less than 100 visitors a month) up over a few thousand a month I would expect.
If we can own the Keynote market on SEO I think that would be epic.
So we would need a budget of $1,200 a year to upgrade you to Concierge. Then around $3,900 to write the articles.
You could also reuse that same content for:
Long form Facebook posts
LinkedIn pulkse articles
Chop the content into multiple parts for shorter posts.
So you could reuse it a heap.
And it only need to book you one keynote (which it would do way more) and it would pay for itself.
They would be my recommended strategies mate.
