There are three phases in managing an inbound speaking enquiry::
Phase 1 - Manage Speaking Enquiry
Phase 2 - Client Management
Phase 3 - Post Keynote
Each phase has a number of subtasks that need to be managed
These phases are the same for all conference work including: Keynote, Workshop, Team-Building or Immersive.
