• • Once we have verbal confirmation from the client, it is critical we send the agreement for execution IMMEDIATELY:=

  • You need to go through the agreement and ensure the terms of the agreement reflect EXACTLY WHAT has been discussed with the client. 

  • Prior to sending, please get James to review.

  • It is important not to remove any clauses from the contract without James' consent. Particularly for MAG programs the agreement is also a legally binding waiver document that has been reviewed by our PL insurer. Removing clauses can greatly expose the business.

MAG Waiver

• • Insert client name ABN and registered business address up top.

  • Whereas B -> update clients main business

  • Clause 5,6 -> Overview of program

  • Clause 7-> Agreed fee

Speaking SOW

• • Page 1 -> insert details 

  • Page 2-> insert client name ABN registered business address

  • Page 2-> Clause 1b-> insert event commitment

  • Page 2-> Clause 4-> update fee

  • Final Page -> update company signing details

Fee Details

• F2F delivery - make sure to indicate the inclusion of the travel fee (e.g. $6,000 plus GST including  parking)

  • Parking fee: $85/day for interstate travel; while local travel fee is flexible

• Virtual delivery - make sure to indicate the inclusion of the studio fee (e.g. $15,000 plus GST including AV)

  • Studio cost: $180/hr for the virtual deliveries

    • for a 90min hour session they charge is 1.5hrs + 1hour setup, 0.5 hour shutdown

    • includes 2 operators, green screen, professional sound + lighting

• In each of these sub folders above you will find:

  • Generic files -> these are the proposals that are ready to be sent (no edit)

  • Client -> this is where you save  tailored proposals

    • Save both the working gdoc file and exported PDF in this folder

    • If you  have exported multiple versions of the same file, please delete older versions and only keep in file most recent file.

• It is  important that when you have finished tailoring the proposal that you export the file as a PDF before sending it to a prospect

• Move the PDF from downloads folder to Shared Drive
