Steps to send Pack (overview):

Step 1: Confirm recipient mailing address

Step 2: Fill out details in Google Sheet

Step 3: Fill out postage pack

Step 4: Compile items to be sent

Step 5: Write handwritten note

Step 6: Fill out mailing details in Magalog book: tracking

Step 7: Follow up package sent

Steps to send Pack (detailed steps):

Step 1: Confirm recipeint mailing address

Details needed to send magalog:

AC
- Ensure that the box is ticked on deal
Only send Shock and Awe package:
- If the recipient is "qualified"-> right person + budget

Sample of a qualified recipient of the magalog or of the mailpack:

Step 2 (a) : Fill out details in Google Sheet

- Ensure that the following details are complete:
- Give some context to who sending the package to
- Activate notifications (Set the Notification Rules)

Step 2 (b) : Steps on how to Set up the Notification Rules in Google Sheets

Step 1: On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets.

Step 2: At the top, click Tools Notification settings. Edit notifications.

Step 3: In the window that appears, select "when" you want to receive notifications. ...

Step 4: In the window that appears, select "how often" you want to receive notifications. ...

Step 5: Click Save.
