The advantage of using the Google Classroom is that they'll be able to focus on those specific categories and there is also an assessment that they could take for them to check if they've digested the video tutorials that they've watched.
The community page is helpful if they wish to focus on learning more or getting more info about a specific topic. They can use the search function to check for any related videos for the topic that they want.
It's like they can start with Google Classroom and then use the community page afterwards.
It is required that all MAG full time staff invest continually in their learning and development
Each full time staff member must complete a minimum of 2hours/ mth of L&D training
The L&D training should be focussed on broadening skill sets and making staff more competent in their respective roles

After the training is completed each month:

How they can apply to their role moving forward
