We use email automations to stay top-of-mind with our leads and customers, nurture them through the sales funnel, and generate more leads and sales. We send pre-written emails to leads or customers based on specific triggers, such as when they sign up for our email list, download a piece of content, or make a purchase.

To nurture leads: We want to nurture leads through the sales funnel, so we send them emails that are tailored to their specific interests and needs.
To generate leads: We want to generate more leads, so we send out emails that are designed to capture contact information and interest.
To increase sales: We want to increase sales, so we send out emails that are designed to promote our products or services and encourage purchases.

Trigger: Once person on the website submits the speaker request form.
What then happens? Contact subscribes to corporate contacts (primary list) and email is sent to them.

Trigger: Once website visitor submits speaker request form.
What then happens? Contact subscribes to corporate contacts (primary list) and email is sent to them.
Automation Name: WEBSITE <contact form>
Trigger: Once person on website fills out contact form on website.
What then happens? Contact subscribes to corporate contacts general and email is sent to them.
Automation Name: WEBSITE <<footer newsletter subscribe>
Trigger: Once a person on the website shares his email address on the form placed on the footer and clicks 'submit'.

Before the automation, do the following:
Prepare the list of participants.
The list of contacts may be gathered from the client directly or through Medical Waiver Form Responses.
Upload the contacts on ActiveCampaign through Google Sheets. Copy the automatically generated TAG.
Copy the automation template.
Rename the automation. Just add the [CLIENT NAME] and [EVENT DATE].
Modify the automation:
Add trigger: TAG is added. Use the TAG you copied when you uploaded the contacts.
Personalise the content for the client.
