Ensure each Google form is saved in Human resources/performance review/ <employee name>

As part of our journey to develop you as a leader and professional it is important for us to undertake regular performance appraisals in order to assess where your skills, attitude and competency are currently at, but more importantly what we need to do to improve over the coming period.

Once you have completed the from, Please book in a time in James diary for you and him to conduct the formal review meeting.
