What: Immersive Experiences emotionally engage audiences through metaphor, creating a shared platform to explore team dynamics, decision-making and key insights applicable to life in the world.. This is an opportunity for organisations to further develop their understanding and application of high performance and teamwork.
Uncharted Ice Immersive Experience is a program designed to put your team in the driver's seat and experience first-hand how to navigate uncertain times whilst achieving a world first. Teams are led through a High-Performance Team (HPT) setup and then (using actual footage from the World Record) they make decisions that were faced in Antarctica. Each decision has consequences, and these consequences impact whether teams pull off the world first unsupported… or not. This facilitated choose-your-own-adventure-style experience will inject energy into your team and is a powerful tool for breaking down barriers, enabling team members to connect and communicate on a deeper level. During the session, there will be plenty of opportunities to extract ourselves from the simulated learning environment and discuss/ workshop learnings that are directly applicable to your team in the workplace.

Each decision has consequences, and these consequences impact on whether teams make it across the Tasman Sea unsupported or not. This facilitated choose-your-own-adventure-style experience will inject energy into the conference and is a powerful tool in breaking down barriers, enabling team members to connect and communicate on a deeper level. During the session, there will be plenty of opportunities to extract ourselves from the simulated learning environment and discuss/ workshop learnings that are directly applicable to your team in the workplace.
