Google Classroom

• If a new team member arrives, he/she need to be set up on IT Genius Learning Academy.

• James will send an email to IT Genius (help@itgenius.com) requesting access for new team member. 

• Team member will accept the invitation. 

• Team member can now access the learning academy via Google classroom. 

Step 1: Open Google Chrome. 

Step 2: Sign in to your MAG Google account. Make sure you use the Google account associated with the Google Classroom workspace for ItGenius. 

Step 3: Go to the Google Classroom website (classroom.google.com). 

Step 4: You’ll be taken to the Google Classroom homepage. Here, you'll see workspaces; Google Workspace Advanced and Google Workspace Basics. 

Step 5: Locate the workspace you want to access and click on its name. 

Step 6: After clicking on the workspace, you'll be taken to the workspace's main page. Here, you'll find announcements, assignments, discussions, and other relevant information related to the workspace.
