The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) is the leading trade event for the meetings and event industry in the Asia Pacific region. February 10 - Monday
Knowledge Program - AIME kicks off with the popular Knowledge Program – explore new ideas from innovators within and outside of the industry, learn and apply new business frameworks, and dive into insights to design events of the future.
Welcome Event - Monday evening concludes with the anticipated AIME Welcome Event. Hosted Buyers, Exhibitors, Media Partners and Associates as well as upgraded Visitor Buyers will kick off festivities as we celebrate the business events community.
February 11 - Tuesday
Trade Show Day One - The first day of meetings kicks off on the show floor. Discover new activations and participate in the free Ideas Academy sessions will have you tapping into the latest trends to take your event to the next level.
On the show floor, morning and afternoon networking breaks provide the perfect opportunity to catch your breath and chat with fellow attendees in the Hosted Buyer Lounge, while the breakout zones and Cafe provide spaces to feast and nourish your senses.
February 12 - Wednesday
Trade Show Day Two - The final day on the show floor provides exhibitors and buyers with their last opportunity to meet and collaborate before AIME concludes. The free sessions continue at the Ideas Academy.
And when you need some time-out, hosted buyers can enjoy a moment in the Hosted Buyer Lounge and network with industry friends and visitors can enjoy some downtime in our dedicated breakout zones and Cafe.

Business Events NSW Program raise awareness and consideration for regional NSW as a premiere business event destination and drive new event sales enquiries directly to valued stakeholders. They work directly with business event organisers to provide destination, product, experience and supplier information to help influence decision making and drive additional visitation, expenditure, and length of stay for conferences being held in NSW. These efforts are conducted in partnership with Business Events Sydney, which is responsible for delivering international business event opportunities and strategically significant domestic events for Sydney. Payment may be made in US Dollars or Euros via our payment system. If you wish to pay by wire transfer (in USD or Euros), please email SITE@SITEglobal.com.
SITE Membership runs on the calendar year (January 1st through December 31st).
Membership dues for new members are prorated April through September of each year. Renewal dues are never prorated.
Applicants applying in October of any given year will have valid membership through December of the following calendar year.
SITE membership is individual based.

There is a one-time application fee of $50 or €50.

Professional Member is the default membership category for incentive travel professionals working across the industry spectrum as Agency Buyers, DMCs, Supplier to the Incentive Market, Destination Marketing Organizations, Other.
Incentive Travel End Users or Corporate Buyers should register under that particular category below.
Please Note: SITE membership is individual and rests with the person, not the company or organisation for which that person works.

Business Events Australia - Delivers marketing communications, industry partnerships and a trade distribution program to raise international awareness and consideration of Australia as a business events destination.
Under the Business Events Australia brand, Tourism Australia undertakes activity in key international markets to ensure Australia’s business events offering is communicated to media, business events planners and decision makers. Link Here
Tourism Australia - Tourism Australia is the Australian Government agency responsible for attracting international visitors to Australia, both for leisure and business events. The organisation is active in 15 key markets and activities include advertising, PR and media programs, trade shows and industry programs, consumer promotions, online communications and consumer research.
Tourism Australia targets business events planners and decision makers with a focus on core international markets which represent the greatest return on investment. These core markets include Greater China, New Zealand, North America, South South East Asia, United Kingdom and Europe. Link Here
The Australian Business Events Association Ltd is the leading industry body responsible for representing and supporting the prosperity of the organisations and people that work in, or benefit from the Australian business events sector.
Australian Business Events Association offers membership options designed for businesses of all shapes and sizes. The model is designed to allow those requiring a higher level of service and benefits to select a higher membership group, and small businesses with lesser needs can opt for lower membership levels. Membership
Members of the Australian Business Events Association receive direct benefit from their membership, however members who are Association bodies or the like, are not able to pass on the direct membership benefits to their members.
Membership is open to all businesses (ABN holders) who engage, trade, or benefit within the business events sector.
The membership model allows you to select the level of membership most appropriate for your business size and needs, irrespective of which business sector you operate in.
Businesses are admitted as members of the Association through a formal approval process. Once approved, members receive a broad portfolio of benefits and are permitted to display the Australian Business Events Association logo as part of their business collateral.

Blue Mountains Tourism (BMT) is the official local tourism organisation for the Blue Mountains region of NSW Australia. Link Here
Recognised by Destination NSW and Blue Mountains City Council as such, BMT works co-operatively with the council to:
Support and advocate for tourism businesses in the region
Promote a sustainable tourism industry nationally and globally
Attract visitors to the region
Guide visitors to tourism businesses when they are here
Tourism-focused, industry led and membership-based, the organisation is managed by three staff who work under the direction of a committee of industry professionals who donate their time, expertise and resources to the benefit of the wider tourism industry.
