Note❗️ It is important to connect Active Campaign and Gmail account

The reason for this extension:

• All emails sent to contacts in regard to deals will be able to be viewed in the deal view

• To add a new user to your account:

1. Click "Settings" located on the bottom left corner of your account.

2. Click “Users” in the left menu.

3. Click the “Add User" button.

4. Complete the fields in the modal pop-up and select the User Group you wish to add your user to.

5. Click "Add."

• To delete a user from your account:

1. Click "Settings" located on the bottom left corner of your account.

2. Click “Users” in the left menu.

3. Click the box next to the user you wish to delete from your account.

4. Click the "Delete" button.

5. Click the "Delete Users" button that appears in the confirmation pop-up window

Step 2 User - Settings

• Make sure the following syncing tools are enabled:

  • Contacts

  • Calendar

• Active Campaign login (admin must create user first)

  • details sent in email

  • login URL: myadventuregroup.activehosted.com

  • enter new login details (saved in last pass)

+ download app (android or Apple)

• 21/9/21 Update: We have created a zap to automatically create a calendar event when a deal event is created.
