It is important that staff are able to communicate quickly and effectively with each other.
Step 1: Go to the Google Chat website (https://chat.google.com/).
Step 2: At the top right of Google Chrome, in the URL bar, click Install

This feature that allows you to reply to specific messages in a space, creating a separate discussion isolated from the main conversation. This can be useful when you want to:
Answer questions with in-line replies, while not disrupting the flow of the main space.
Start a break-out discussion for topics that may not be of interest to everyone.
Reply to an older message when the main discussion has moved on to a different topic.
