Hi Mari and Cybelle,
I regret to inform you that we will be ceasing <name of VA> contract with MyAdventure Group. His/her last day will be <insert date>.
<Name of VA> is a lovely person, has got reasonable skills however does not have the right attitude for a <INSERT ROLE OF VA>. He/she has constantly underperformed. He/she would be better suited to <insert other position if any>.
We are now critically short and require a replacement for <name of VA> ASAP.
Please can you help us fill this role quickly?

Afterwards, James will schedule a meeting with the whole team to sendoff the outgoing VA
Before leaving, VA must log out all accounts associated with MAG and properly turnover all working files to the office manager
On the last day of work, VA must report to the admin to handover equipment
Admin will then check the equipment for any logins and clear out unnecessary files in the computer to be ready for the next VA's use
