How to Create Different Media Formats/ Assets for an iMAG System
All senior staff.
Day-to-day operations.
By incorporating videos into your iMAG System, you can enrich the content, and provide dynamic visual experiences. Videos can be used for various purposes, such as tutorials, and presentations to enhance the overall effectiveness of the iMAG system that you have created.
This may include images, videos, slides, graphics, presentations, or any other visual content.
Consider the following:
Images: Capture or design high-quality images in formats compatible with the iMAG system.
Videos: Record or edit videos that are suitable for display on the iMAG system. Ensure they are in formats supported by the system and optimize video settings such as resolution, frame rate, and aspect ratio.
Slides/Presentations: Create slide decks or presentations using software like Google Slides. Design engaging and visually appealing slides with legible text and clear visuals.
Graphics/Animations: Design custom graphics, animations, or motion graphics using graphic design or animation software. Consider the size, aspect ratio, and compatibility with the iMAG system.
If necessary, convert or optimize the media files to ensure compatibility with the iMAG system and optimal performance. Use appropriate software or online tools to convert file formats, resize images/videos, compress files, or enhance visual quality.
Periodically update and refresh your media formats/assets to keep the iMAG system content updated. Replace outdated or irrelevant media with new content.
It is very important that these media files are SAVED in the correct subfolder: <Google Drive ▸ Shared drives ▸ MyAdventure Group ▸ Experiences ▸ Systems>
Please ensure the file name you create reflects what the asset created is about.
