It is our experience that as high maintenance as these clients may perceive to be, adventure (and the experiences that we offer) are the best antidote to break down any ego or attitude:
Pre-trip the clients (or agents) can be picky/ hard to handle.
During the trip: Every group we get out for the Tailor they relax into the experience and have a ripper of a time.
Often there are multiple agents involved in the booking - be patient and helpful.
Please be patient and be prepared for a lot of back and forthing with agents/ clients.
It is not unusual for their to be dozen/s of emails back and forth with the agent regarding the itinerary etc. BE PREPARED!
