Scroll to the date and time when you scheduled the post.
Look for the social media account that you scheduled the post for.
If the post has been successfully posted, you will see a checkmark icon next to the post on the calendar.

Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites are quite sensitive when it comes to copyrights.
To avoid reels or videos that we post being removed or taken down, it's best to post them manually.
Create original content: The best way to avoid copyright infringement is to create your own original content. You can film your own videos, use your own music, and create your own graphics.
Use royalty-free music: If you want to use music in your reels, make sure to use royalty-free music or music that you have the rights to use. Instagram has a library of music that you can use in your reels without worrying about copyright infringement.
Open the Google Drive app on your iPhone and sign in if prompted.
Locate the video that you want to download and tap on it to open it.
Tap on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Send a copy" from the dropdown menu.
Choose the format you want to send the file in. For example, you can select "Save Video" to send a copy of the video file to your phone.
If prompted, select the app you want to use to send the file, such as Mail or Messages.
Enter your own email address as the recipient and send the file to yourself.
Open the Mail or Messages app and download the attachment to your camera roll.
Once the video is downloaded, you can find it in your iPhone's Photos app.
To post reels on Instagram, you can follow these steps:
Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and log in to My Adventure Group
Tap on the camera icon in the top left corner of the screen, or swipe right from your feed to access the camera.
Scroll to the right of the camera modes at the bottom of the screen and select "Reels."
Use the camera to create your reel by recording a new video or selecting a video from your camera roll.
Edit your reel by adding filters, music, text, and other creative elements using the options at the bottom of the screen.
Once you're happy with your reel, tap on the arrow icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Add a caption and hashtags if desired, and tag other users if applicable. For hashtags post it as a first comment so that the main focus on the reel would be the caption itself.
Choose where you want to share your reel: in your feed, on your profile, or both.
Tap on "Share" to post your reel to Instagram.
That's it! Your reel will now be visible to your followers and anyone who searches for the hashtags you used. You can also view your reel and see how many views, likes, and comments it has received.
To post a reel from Instagram to Facebook, you can follow these steps:
Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and navigate to the reel you want to post on Facebook.
Tap the three dots icon in the bottom right corner of the reel and select "Share to" from the menu.
From the sharing options, select "Facebook."
To post the same reel that you have on Instagram to Facebook, first, make sure that both accounts are connected. Once you're connected, you'll be able to add a caption and select where you want to post the reel on Facebook.
Choose the location where you want to post the reel and add any additional text or tags you want to include.
Tap "Share" to post the reel to Facebook.
Note that when you share a reel from Instagram to Facebook, it will appear as a regular video post on Facebook and not as a reel. The video will play in the same format as any other Facebook video post.
If your social profile is expired, the connection between Later and the social platform is lost. This means we won’t be able to publish your posts. Your social profile can expire for a few different reasons. But no matter the reason, refreshing your profile should fix this and allow future posts to publish as expected.
How to fix:
Go to your Social Sets and Access Groups settings to check if your profile is expired
If your profile is expired, see How to Refresh Your Social Profile Connection
Later has two ways to publish Instagram posts, notification publishing and Auto Publishing. Notification publishing requires that you finish the posting process manually when Later sends you your mobile notification. If your post was set to notification publishing and you didn’t finish publishing, the post won’t go live.
Note: Some posts must be published using notification publishing due to Instagram restrictions. These include:
Instagram Stories
All posts for Instagram personal and creator profiles
How to fix:
If you haven’t already, enable Auto Publishing for your Instagram business profile
If Auto Publish is already enabled, ensure your single image/video posts and Multi-Photo (carousel) posts are set to Auto Publish
Don’t want to Auto Publish? Learn how to use notification publishing
If you’re using Later on iOS and your photos aren’t appearing in your camera roll for notification publishing, you may need to grant Later photo access.
How to allow Later access to your photos:
Go to your iPhone’s Settings
Scroll down and tap into the Later app
Tap Photos
Make sure you’ve selected All Photos
Instagram’s API does not allow more than 25 posts to be Auto Published in a 24-hour rolling period. After 25 posts, Instagram will block Later from automatically publishing any further posts.
How to fix:
Keep the number of daily scheduled Auto Publish posts below 25
Use notification publishing for posts beyond the 25-post limit
If TikTok determines your post has a high spam risk, it will be rejected and publishing will fail.
How to fix:
Don't try to publish too often
Minimize actions in-app that may be interpreted as spammy, such as repetitive behaviors
