WALT - Identifying figurative language features to help us understand the message in a text
SUCCESS CRITERIA: Identifying and using figurative language features effectively to understand and discuss the meaning behind a text.

1) Read/watch the text set
2) Complete a collection of notes as you work through text sets. Make note of learning that links to your WALT and/or success criteria

Text 3: Your choice: Choose a poem that we have read this week or look in one of the journals we have in class to share with the group!
Choose one of the poems that you have read in class and using this template write a review on the poem!
Week 7 & 8
WALT - Read lines of texts out loud confidently to get our message across to our audience
SUCCESS CRITERIA: oral language acknowledgements when reading lines of a play or poem- punctuation, volume, expressions of voice

2) Complete the Learning Evidence presentation including the
CREATE task - share presentation on your blog.
2b) Extra post to show only your paraphrased steps and product
3) Meet with your teacher
