Problem solvers!
WALT: to reflect on learning so far around water care. Use this learning to be problem solvers of water issues in our home, community and city.
**Complete the following set of tasks in a group no bigger than 3.

Task: create an animation and script to tell explain the processes involved with the water cycle. Use the following animations for ideas.
NZ - documentary from 20 years ago - have things changed?
India: water problems with drinking water, toilet water. India attempts to educate to help solve problems.
Week 7
Myths and Legends about the sea
WALT: research the various myths and legends that were used to explain features of our environment. Features such as our land, our oceans our natural resources.
**Watch the following videos that show some myths and legends...are they really myths??
Task: create your own presentation to gather the following learning evidence:
a. In one paragrah capture what the video is about
b. Explain how the video showed people to be
'Kaitiakitanga i nga wa katoa'
c. How does the video link to 'Te Taiao o Tamaki'.
d. Make a judgement: do you think they are myths/legends or true stories that are shown in the video?

This week we're looking at the water cycle. When going through your lesson think about how our actions help to look after this precious resource - water - our oceans!
