Thursday 5/25/17 and Friday 5/26/17

Today's agenda:

1. Using the –ar preterite cheat chart, or page 331 in the book, students will do the 1-10 question and answer worksheet. Keep in mind the tú-yo exchange in the past tense is –aste/é. So, ¿Miraste…? Yo miré….Estudiaste…? Yo estudié. Make sure to write a complete sentence. (10 minutes maximum)

2. Students will now play battleship, again using your cheat chart or page 331 to assist. We will number 1-40 with 5 bombs. Remember to play in the preterite (past) tense. (15 minutes).

3. Students will do the Unidad 6-follow up readings. For this assignment, students will do a direct Spanish to English translation. Please write the English under the Spanish paragraph.

4. Students will do the unidad 6-la cultura worksheet. Keep answers short, but complete. Answers will be written in English.

5. When done with 1-4, turn in both papers in numerical order on the side table beneath the “Turkeys”.

6. Use the remaining time in the period to work on the spring semester final exam study guide. I can’t stress how important the final exam is for your final grade. Use the remainder of class time wisely to study. I would recommend writing list for vocabulary, and working on verb conjugations.
