Today's agenda:
We discussed -er and -ir verb conjugation. Attached is a "cheat chart".
Students practiced -er and -ir verb conjugation by changing the infinitive to the conjugated form based on the supplied information on the substitution exercise. Turned in for credit. Worksheet is attached.
Students played battleship with numbers to practice their understanding of the -er and -ir conjugations.
We reviewed classroom objects. Students received two papers, a Spanish to English matching worksheet and a picture worksheet. Students had to match the Spanish vocabulary to the corresponding English vocabulary and also identify the pictures on picture worksheets.
Lastly, students did a classroom objects word search. Upon discovery of the word, students had to turn the paper over and write the word 3 times in Spanish, and give the corresponding English meaning.
Just an FYI-2 quizzes on Monday 12/12, both on classroom objects. One is picture recognition. The other is a crossword spelling test. Clues are in English and students must write the answers in Spanish.
