Students continue to work on gustar + infinitive (unit 1.1) through a variety of activities. We worked in pairs how to express how much we like to do different action verbs. These action verbs can be found in 1.1 on page 51 of the Spanish 1 textbook, Avancemos 1. We worked as a class to understand how gustar works with;

these indirect object pronouns must work in conjunction with gustar to create "like" sentences. Students can look at page 42 in the textbook to get an idea how gustar with an infinitive is formed in Spanish.
Students continue to watch and learn from the 3 scenes in the telehistorias of 1.1. These scenes are found on pages 35, 40, and 45 and should be studied because all students will be taking a quiz on 9/26 or 9/27 on the unit 1.1 telehistorias information. This quiz will be true/false and multiple choice. Ten entries worth 10 points total.
Students worked on learning how to create a complete sentence using existing information. Working on the gustar plus infinitives sentence builder worksheet Iattached to the website), students were able to practice this skill and turn in their worksheet for class credit.
