Today's agenda:

• Students spent the entire day learning the meaning and the conjugations of 11 verbs that are o to ue "boot verbs". I have attached the list of verbs students are required to learn. We later discussed how to conjugate these verbs. Students can use page 223 in their Avancemos 1 textbook to help them understand the conjugation of o to ue "boot verbs".

• Once the students understood how to conjugate these verbs, we played tic tac toe with the following phrases:

poder jugar al futbol bien

almorzar al mediodia en la cafeteria

dormir en la clase de matematicas a menudo

volver a la casa a las tres de la tarde

acostar a las diez de la noche

no recordar hacer la tarea

encontrar un restaurante en el centro en el mapa

jugar bien al volibol

devolver los libros a la biblioteca.

Students also did a full class pass along with about 35 index cards to further their understanding of the o to ue "boot verb" meanings and conjugations of the 11 "o to ue boot verbs". Students are welcome to stop in Friday at lunch if they need further clarification on the o to ue boot verbs meanings and conjugations.
