Today's agenda:

    • Students worked on greeting a person, asking how they are doing, and allowing the person to respond they are either doing well, ok, or not well. Students who were absent should check with me at lunchtime to get clarification on how to do this skill. During classtime on Monday, The students did a card pass along activity. A couple of examples of cards would be:

11:30 pm/senorita Uribe/and an "I am so-so" face on the card. One person would say, "buenas noches, senorita Uribe, como esta usted (formal because we are speaking to a person by their last name)? To which the other person replies, "yo estoy mas o menos (I am so-so).

8:45 a.m./Pablo/and an "I am doing well" face on the card. One person would say, "buenos dias, Pablo, como estas tu (informal because we are speaking to a person by their first name)? To which the other person replies, "yo estoy bien".

    • Students worked on their capitals, countries, and nationalities packet in class today. We worked on matching up the capitals with their corresponding countries and nationalities. Students who were absent on Thursday/Friday and Monday will need to get this packet from me. Students are responsible for learning their capitals and countries.
