Today's agenda:

Tuesday 5/23 and Wednesday 5/24

1) Students will read in pairs: Escena #1 page 329. Students will then do activity #3 on a piece of paper. Students will need to match up the numbers with the corresponding letters. Students are to write complete sentences in Spanish

2) Students will read in pairs: Escena #2 page 334. Students will then do activity #9 by writing the sentence, stating whether it is true or false, and if it is false making the correction that would make the sentence true.

3) Students will refer page 331 in their book. Using the Preterite of regular –ar verbs grammar cheat chart-Students will play tic tac toe for 15 minutes. Use the tic tac toe grids on my desk. 1 grid for each 2 students. Students know very well how to play and what they are supposed to do. Use the red and blue tic tac toe information on the board to play. Use the timer to keep tract of the 15 minutes.

4) After completion of the tic tac toe activity, Students are to do activity #6 from the book. Students must write out the entire paragraph in Spanish. Make sure to select and conjugate the verbs in the parenthesis. Once students are done writing and conjugating the paragraph in Spanish, rewrite the paragraph in English.

5) At this point students are to turn in today’s written work in numerical order. If time remains, use the rest of today’s period to work on your semester final study guide. Remember you must know the verbs (conjugation and meaning) and vocabulary from 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, and 6.2. Please use this time well. Your semester final is 35% of your final grade-prepare well!
