What do you know about the trees around you?

(the information below is to provide guidelines on how to use your materials for another teacher to read)

Target Group: 4th graders

Main Learning Objectives:

• Students will be able to identify whether a tree is decidious or evergreen

• Students will be able to identify how many types of trees there are in the Education Faculty of UAB

• Students will be able to enhance their  ICT skills

• Students will be able to use a 360º videos

Materials Needed: 

• Tablet

• Wi-fi

• Worksheet 

• Pen

• Pencil

• Rubber / eraser 

Activity Instructions

 PRE: 

Students will have to distinguish between decidious or evergreen trees using their tablets. 

The group will be divided in 6 groups, taking into account that they are 24 students in a class, so 4 students per group. 

DURING

Students will distinguish between decidious or evergreen trees around the campus using the 360º videos. Also,  they will have to count how many types of trees there are in the Education Faculty of UAB. 

Early finishers would be asked to identify and name the different type of trees. 

POST
