Interacty is an online tool thought mainly for teachers and educators. This tool provides a wide variety of templates and other options of creation of academic materials e.g. treasure hunts, crosswords, match up games, flip cards, memory games, time lines, etc.
You can sign in by using your email account. It offers a free version of 20 projects and almost unlimited templates and modalities to choose from.
It is useful for language learning, which can be put to practice in many different ways, and either playing or creating the material. It can be an interesting and appealing platform to teach language within a realistic and holistic approach (working on language reception and production simultaneously).

The lesson is designed for 5th-grade students with an A2 level of English proficiency (EFL). The focus is on teaching vocabulary related to telecollaboration through interactive activities that promote both play and contribution.
Reception competence
Justification: students will be assessed about their capacity to receive and understand information given to them orally.
Communicative language competence
Justification: students will be expected to use English as a target language throughout their work in groups (communicative task).
Production competence (written)
Justification: students will be assessed on the final creation of the activity using Interacty.
Note: students refer to 5th grade students, in case of real life implementation.
Recognize and apply vocabulary related to telecollaboration.
Participate in basic collaborative tasks using the target vocabulary.
Set up the different activities: Match-up, Flip Cards, Treasure Hunt, and Crossword.
Ensure access to devices for digital participation.
The different interactive tools.
Tablets and a projector for class interaction.
Introduction: Introduce the terms used in the context of telecollaboration.
Match-up Activity: Students match words to pictures or meanings.
Flip Cards: To improve word recognition (flashcards).
Treasure Hunt: Give kids vocabulary-related hints so they may discover and learn words.
Crossword Puzzle: To test their knowledge of the newly learnt vocabulary.
Brief reflection about the Tech schowcase: The students seemed interested while using the tool, they learned how to use Interacty.
Even though we did not have a lot of time to explore the tool, we were able to see some of the examples the students proposed.
