Strawberry Banana Lunch Smoothie
Makes one smoothie
- 6 large frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 6 ounces coconut water
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia, optional
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds, or until you achieve the consistency you like.
Use frozen fruit for a very thick smoothie.
