Peanut Butter Oat Breakfast Cookies

Makes sixteen cookies, 106 calories each

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 scoops Naked Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dates
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill the batter for thirty minutes.

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto a parchment or silicone sheet lined baking sheet.

Bake the cookies for ten minutes, until the bottoms are lightly browned. Cool completely, Store in a tightly sealed plastic bag.
