Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie

One serving

  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 1/2 small banana, frozen
  • 1/2 medium cooked red beet
  • 1 handful spinach and kale mixture
  • 1/4 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • Unsweetened almond milk, to fill container

Directions

Place the ingredients in your single serving blender container in the order listed. If desired, partially thaw the frozen fruit in a microwave before adding the remaining ingredients. I thawed the fruit for 1 minute for this smoothie. Blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth.
