Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie
One serving
- 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
- 1/2 small banana, frozen
- 1/2 medium cooked red beet
- 1 handful spinach and kale mixture
- 1/4 cup 100% pomegranate juice
- 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
- Unsweetened almond milk, to fill container
Directions
Place the ingredients in your single serving blender container in the order listed. If desired, partially thaw the frozen fruit in a microwave before adding the remaining ingredients. I thawed the fruit for 1 minute for this smoothie. Blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth.
