Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plus 3 Tablespoons water, 80°F ( adjust the amount of water based on time of year and humidity)

2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons powdered milk

4 1/2 cups bread flour

2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in the bread machine set on the dough cycle. When the dough cycle is complete, place in an oiled bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes 2 thick pizzas.
