Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie
Serves 1
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and chunked
- 1/2 small red beet
- 1/2 small banana
- 2 medium strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup packed kale
- 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Directions
Place the ingredients in your single serving blender in the order listed. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds, until smooth. Use frozen fruit and cucumber for a thick smoothie.
