Green Lunch Smoothie

My Green Lunch Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup, peeled chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1/4 medium Granny Smith apple, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, chopped, skin included
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil, heated to make pourable

Directions

Chop all of the ingredients and place them in the bowl of your blender. Blend until the smoothie is smooth and reaches the consistency you like. If necessary, add water.
