Blueberry Protein Smoothie
Serves one
- one cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 small nectarine
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax meal
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- 1 scoop Naked Whey Protein Powder
- one handful fresh baby spinach
- 8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in your blender in the order listed. Cover the blender and blend until smooth and well combined. Serve immediately.
