Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Serves one

  • one cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 small nectarine
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia
  • 1 scoop Naked Whey Protein Powder
  • one handful fresh baby spinach
  • 8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in your blender in the order listed. Cover the blender and blend until smooth and well combined. Serve immediately.
