Chance of Disrupting Psychic Attack:
Starting at Third level the Immatra gains the ability to once per combat attempt to disrupt the effects of a psionic attack directed at him/herself. If the psionic ability affects others as well, it does not protect them, only the character with this ability. The can only be attempted ONCE per combat. If it fails, it cannot be attempted until the next time the character enters combat. This should always be rolled after attempting as saving throw vs psionics as a last ditch attempt to avoid the effects.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This will NOT protect against INDIRECT psychic attacks, such as an object, such as a stone thrown at you via telekinesis for example.
